Delivery Information– for purchases made online via our website or by our telephone sales team.

What happens once I place my order?

Once an order has been received by us, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will then be checked by one of our Door Experts, who will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to arrange delivery with you. If you are ordering goods which are out of stock at the time you place your order, our door experts will let you know the approximate date when the out of stock items will be expected to arrive. If everything is in stock our door experts will book delivery for you in one of the following two ways:


1 – Deliveries made within the catchment areas of our own vehicles

Most of our deliveries are made by our own staff in our own vehicles. Our drivers are very helpful and will always take the doors from our vehicle and place them in any room on a ground floor and lie them flat. (They are not obliged to take doors to an upstairs room or in the case of a block of flats, deliver to anywhere but the ground floor).

We have set weekly days when we deliver to areas covered by our own vehicles and we will make you aware of these days when booking delivery with you. Please note that we cannot give you a set time of day for delivery but will always attempt to accommodate your requirements if possible.

2 – Deliveries made outside the catchment areas of our own vehicles

Deliveries outside of our catchment area will be made by one of our appointed couriers. Drivers of our appointed couriers are obliged only to deliver the doors to the front of your property. We would therefore recommend that someone is available, when the delivery is made, to help lift the doors into your house if required.

Goods will be delivered within 2 to 5 days of becoming available in stock and being dispatched. You are able to choose any day between Monday and Friday for your delivery to be made but please note that we cannot give you a set time of day for delivery.


Where do you deliver?

We operate a mainland UK delivery service.

Will you deliver outside of mainland UK?

Orders for customers outside of mainland UK can be catered for, however it is the responsibility of the customer to organise the transportation of their chosen goods from our Distribution Centre to the designated delivery address/country. Please contact one of our Door Experts for further information.
